Dinh Loc Duong (is known as Loc or Dinh) is a Principal Registered Migration Agent | MARN: 2217882 and the founder of The Migration Group | Loc Migration | Lộc Di Trú.
Journey and Expertise
Having migrated to Australia from Vietnam as a skilled migrant, Loc chose to pursue Migration Law to assist others in making Australia their home.
He graduated with distinction from a prestigious postgraduate program in Australian Migration Law. Notably, he was also a Dean's Merit List Recipient at Western Sydney University's School of Law. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the outstanding guidance of Dr. Jason Donnelly (a leading Barrister in Administrative and Migration Law), Michael Morgan (Barrister at Third Floor Wentworth Chambers), and Marial Lewis (Specialist Immigration Lawyer at Crossover Law Group).
Building on experience to help others
Loc's experience spans both assisting visa holders and appearing before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). Prior to establishing his own practice, Loc assisted Andrew Luong (Principal Lawyer at The Law Shoppe) in providing immigration assistance to asylum seekers. He also worked with Traci Yan Yan Chen (Principal Lawyer at Traci Migration | Maison Chen Law Group) on preparing skills assessments and lodging skills visa applications.
